The mission of the LRA PAC is to provide the Black community with a platform to influence public policy at the local, state and federal levels of government by increasing the number of Black, Republican elected officials.
MEET OUR BOARD
Janae Grant is a native of Pasadena, California who is known for her advocacy for at-risk youth and her work within the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) on adult re-entry programs that focus on education, transitional housing and substance use disorders. Prior to her work at CDCR she served as a case manager for the Greater Sacramento Boy and Girls Club, where she developed individual case plans for juvenile offenders on probation. Janae has experience providing outreach consulting to local campaigns for public office and has volunteered as a member of the press team during multiple California Republican Party Conventions. She holds a bachelor’s degree in sociology from the University of California, Davis and a master’s degree in criminal justice from the University of Phoenix.
Brittani is an active leader within her community. She held offices in school government, worked in community development programs, and served in neighborhood organizations. Brittani earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and History from the University of California, Riverside. A former collegiate Track and Field athlete, specializing in the throws events garnered All-American accolades and trained with Team USA. Brittani is currently working on an alumni outreach mentor program at her high school alma mater, Cajon in San Bernardino and is pursuing a Master’s in Public Policy at Pepperdine University, School of Public Policy. Brittani is a State Delegate for the California Republican Party (CRP), a member of LA County Central Committee, and President of Christianity & Public Policy at Pepperdine. Brittani also holds an internship at the University of California, Los Angeles, in the Connected Health Strategic Technologies and Innovation department.

Taylor Brown is an up-and-coming conservative political thought leader and campaign operative who is interested in tax, education, and workforce development policy. Currently, she works as an account executive at political consulting firm Meridian Pacific Inc., where she focuses on coalition development and grassroots organizing for statewide ballot measures. Taylor holds a bachelor’s degree in political science/public service from the University of California, Riverside, where she was a recipient of the prestigious NCAA Woman of the Year award as an accomplished Division I sprinter. Upon graduating from university, Taylor spent nine months in the City of Los Angeles as a member of the highly competitive and selective Coro Fellowship Program in Public Affairs, which prepares diverse groups of individuals to deal creatively and effectively with the challenges of democratic governance.
Born and raised in Chicago’s Southside, Ken White is a conservative radio talk show host, veteran of the United States Air Force and former California Peace Officer. He’s a longtime business owner who has been recognized by the California Employment Development Department as has having one of the largest minority-owned businesses within the state of California. As a political commentator, he has appeared on IHEART Radio, KMET and ABC on the Lou Desmond and Company show for many years. He now hosts his own radio show, the South Side Unicorn Show” on IHEART radio, and is an avid supporter of conservatives running for political office, especially those who come from communities of color.
Born and raised in Berkeley, California Brannon Hills had conservative values instilled in him at a young age. Brannon is a family man, small business owner and entrepreneur who enjoys volunteering for civic organizations in his community. He is a staunch believer in “God, family, community, and country” and uses his business experience to mentor and support Black Americans who are interested in entrepreneurship.
